Arts Trail Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

  1. Participants of the 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail Prize Draw may register for One (1) prize draw which will consist of three (3) $250 pre-paid gift card prizes. The total value of Arts Trail prize draw is $750.

  2. The 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail Weekend will occur over Saturday and Sunday, 5 and 6 of August 2023.

  3. Any person participating in the 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail Prize Draw must comply with the general terms and conditions available HERE.

  4. Participants of the 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail Prize Draw cannot be Surf Coast Shire Council staff, Surf Coast Shire Councillor’s or relatives or contractors of either.

  5. A maximum of 1 prize per participant.

  6. Participants can enter multiple times by checking-in at multiple open studios/venues on the Arts Trail weekend.

  7. Registrations for the 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail Prize Draw are open from 10am 5 August, and close at 5pm on Sunday 6 August 2023. Registrations must be received on or before the closing time.

  8. The prize winners will be drawn on Wednesday 16 August 2023. 

  9. All participants who pre-register before Friday 4 August 2023 or check-in at Arts Trail venues via the QR code on the Arts Trail weekend will enter into the 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail Prize Draw.

  10. Participants who register prior to Saturday 5 August must complete the online survey including name, email address and postcode.

  11. Participants who check in at Arts Trail studios or venues over the 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail weekend must complete the online pre-registration survey including studio number, name, email address and postcode.

  12. Winners of the 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail Prize Draw will be drawn at random.

  13. Winners will be contacted via email within 7 days of draw via the email address the participant provided for the Surf Coast Events e-newsletter subscription.

  14. Winners will have 30 days to claim their prize from the date that the email was sent by Surf Coast Shire Council.

  15. If prize is not claimed within 30 days, the competition will be re-drawn and the previous winner will forgo all claims to the prize.

  16. Winner’s proof of identity will be required to claim the prize.

  17. All winning draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into relating to the winning draws.

  18. The 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail Prize Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Surf Coast Times.

  19. By entering the 2023 Surf Coast Arts Trail Prize Draw you consent for:

  20. Surf Coast Shire Council to contact you via the email address that you provided when subscribing to the Surf Coast Events newsletter; and

  21. For your name to be posted on the abovementioned social media sites if you are a prize winner.
