I have lived on the Surf Coast for over 25 years. Since 1989 I have been active in the environmental and arts community through the Surfrider Foundation Surf Coast Branch and Angel Point Media.
 
Throughout the nineties I helped organise a series of rallies highlighting coastal pollution issues on the coast. More recently I have been actively involved in the series of Fight For The Bight rallies held in Torquay.
 
Earlier this year I was stoked to help put together the tenth annual Bells Beach Surf Film Festival the longest running surf film festival held in Australia each year.
 
During the last 10 years I have also produced a number of environmental conservation and education videos for Surfrider Foundation including the RESPECT POINT IMPOSSIBLE documentary which has been viewed by over 4,000 people on-line and at local schools.
 
I am currently working on community campaigns to protect Bells Beach and Save Spring Creek.
