PORTAL’s ‘Creative Coalitions’ is a pilot project that has been developed to assist with the economic, social and community recovery of the Surf Coast through the development of unique partnerships between artists and small business.

The pilot program will facilitate business partnerships between Surf Coast small business and creatives. The pilot will be a mentored, monitored program where participants will be assisted in the important developing stages of their partnership.

Pilot Program

Creative Coalitions is a pilot program to facilitate business partnerships between Surf Coast small business and creatives. The pilot will be a mentored, monitored program where participants will be assisted in the important developing stages of their partnership.

For a month throughout April, participants will receive a weekly check-in, with tips and hints for how to make a successful partnership, videos and examples of other partnerships to inspire both parties on their journey.

PORTAL/The Surf Coast Shire will assist with funding creative services to a value of $1000.

Networking Event

At the end of April, PORTAL will host a networking event for local creatives and small businesses to launch the accompanying resource kit and Creative Coalitions register.
