Tony is primarily a wood turning artist focusing on sculptural pieces but also turn useable pieces. He use mostly Australian timbers from sustainable sources. The pieces he make don't fall into any specific group but rather let the timber decide on what direction the piece will take. He has recently been working on some ceramic pieces which are Obvara or Raku fired. He enjoy the randomness and individuality this finish creates.
