Shasta Jade is a ceramicist creating artisanal pottery from her Bells Beach studio. She primarily makes wheel thrown pottery glazed in soft colours that are reflective of the local landscape.
She enjoys making ceramics with porcelain clay and exploring different firing techniques. She recently constructed a small wood fired kiln that is powered by fallen branches.
